Services and ways to connect
Call 336-903-7688 before visiting, bringing an animal or asking about a missing pet. The official page lists public hours Monday-Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to noon, excluding holidays. Staff start earlier to feed and care for animals; that earlier start is not a public visiting hour. Confirm adoption and reclaim requirements directly with the shelter.
