Account deletion
This page explains how to delete your Animal Protech account used in the Android app or web dashboard.
From the Android app
Open the AnimalProtech app, sign in, go to Menu, Account, and tap Delete account. Confirm the action to remove the account.
From the web dashboard
Open Account in the dashboard, sign in with the same account, and use Delete my account.
What is removed
Pending or rejected suggestions submitted by the account are removed, and the authenticated user is deleted from the sign-in system.
What may remain
Approved suggestions may remain published in the Animal Protech directory because they represent public information about animal rescuers or organizations. In that case, they are disconnected from the user and account email.
No access to the account
If you cannot access the account used with AnimalProtech, request removal through the contribution form on a related public animal-rescue profile and include the email used for sign-in, or email animalprotech.org@gmail.com.
